1. Services Provided

We provide custom 3D interior renders designed specifically based on the information, preferences, and materials provided by you. Our Services include:

• Virtual 3D interior design concepts
• Design consultation via online communication
• Digital delivery of final renders

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (floor plans, measurements, photos, inspiration, etc.)
• Review drafts and give timely feedback
• Understand that the quality and accuracy of the final renders depend on the information provided

3. Payment

• All prices listed are final.
• Full payment is required before the design process begins.
• Payments are processed through secure online payment gateways.
• No refunds will be issued once design work has commenced, due to the custom nature of the product.

4. Revisions

• Each package includes a limited number of revisions as specified on the website.
• Additional revisions or major design changes may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery

• Final 3D renderings will be delivered digitally via WhatsApp in the form of a PDF.
• Typical delivery time ranges from 15 to 28 business days after receiving full information and payment.

6. Intellectual Property

• B3 Interiors retains ownership of all design files and renderings.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the renderings for personal or internal use.
• Renderings may not be resold, published, or used for marketing by third parties without written permission.

7. Limitations

• Our designs are visual representations and do not replace architectural or engineering advice.
• We are not responsible for structural feasibility, building code compliance, or construction outcomes.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet begun.
• No refunds are offered once initial design drafts have been started or delivered.

9. Disclaimer

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services. Renderings are conceptual and intended for visual guidance only.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B3 Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
